What we process and why
For group, event, and brewery-tour inquiries we process the name, email or phone, requested date and time, party size, language, requirements, and optional notes supplied by you. We use these details to answer your request, check availability, prepare an offer, communicate before the visit, and keep an operational record of the outcome.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where a booking follows, performing that contract. Optional marketing is separate and is used only when you actively select it.
For age-restricted events such as the Boat Beer Festival, we record your confirmation that every guest will be at least 18 years old on the event date, together with the time of that confirmation. We use this record for our legitimate interests in administering age-restricted bookings, documenting the condition presented when the request was made, and helping prevent alcohol from being served to anyone under 18. This confirmation does not replace an age check, and valid ID may still be requested on the day.

Table reservations are handled by DISH under its own booking interface. Direct email is processed through our business email service.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics in the cookie preferences, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how kvasoul.com is used in aggregate, such as pages viewed and traffic sources. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie preferences without affecting earlier processing. Analytics events never include your name, contact details, message text, or inquiry content. The cookies involved are described on the cookie information page.
Retention
Inquiry contact details, exact request details (including any age-confirmation record), and free-text notes are retained for up to three years after the last operational activity, then automatically redacted. Non-identifying information about lead type, attribution, status, and outcome may remain for business reporting and sales or marketing analysis. Records may be retained longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time without affecting the earlier processing. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Automated decisions
KVASOUL inquiries are not accepted or rejected solely by automated decision-making. A team member reviews availability and requirements.
