Optional analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled unless you allow the relevant category. With analytics consent, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google tag G-3BZE8LJ1Z1, a service of Google Ireland Limited) to measure aggregate visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by the tag identifier, which distinguish returning browsers and are kept for up to two years. These events contain no name, contact details, message text, or inquiry content. With analytics consent, opening a menu category also sends a first-party, aggregate event to the Bramasole ERP. It contains the category, page path, language, and campaign labels, but no name, contact details, message, IP address, session ID, or advertising click ID. The advertising category currently controls only the consent signals passed to Google; no advertising tags are loaded in this release.
DISH table booking
The table-booking page loads a service supplied by DISH after you choose that booking path. DISH may use its own storage to provide the booking service. Review the information shown in the booking interface before continuing.
Change your choice
Your choice can be changed at any time on this device. Withdrawing analytics consent stops Google Analytics measurement immediately and removes the _ga cookies set by this site.
